Refund and Returns Policy for Dripz1 LLC (Dripz Bar)

At Dripz Bar, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Please review our refund and returns policy below.

1. Take-Home Kits

• All sales are final for take-home kits.
• If your take-home kit arrives damaged, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing photos of the damage to contact@dripzbar.com for review.

2. Deposit Policy

• A deposit is required to secure your reservation with Dripz Bar.
• Your deposit will be applied toward your total balance at the time of your reservation.
• Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled reservation.
• By submitting your deposit, you agree to these terms.

3. Refund Processing

• If a refund is approved, please allow 4-6 business days for processing.
• For any refund inquiries, please contact us at contact@dripzbar.com. 

4. Late Policy:

• We allow a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled reservation time. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, your deposit will be forfeited, and we may not be able to accommodate your party.
